United’s crocked star set for Emirates?

In the news today:

Rumours are gathering pace that Arsenal are set to offer a contract to Manchester United’s injury prone star, Owen Hargreaves. The England international has only played six minutes of first team football this season after a year plagued with chronic trouble in both knees. Sunday Express Sport suggest that Hargreaves could be set to move to London in one last attempt to get his career back on track, and the move could spell the end of Abou Diaby’s Arsenal stay.

The 30 year old wouldn’t be the first player to switch from Old Trafford to the Emirates in recent years following Mikaël Silvestre’s 2008 transfer.
