Bolton defender, Gary Cahill is optimistic that he will become an Arsenal player next season according to The Mirror. Cahill has made no secret of his desire to play at the highest level and it is rumoured almost daily that £15m would secure the deal.
The former Aston Villa man has been a revelation over the last 24 months, becoming an regular in the England squad and earning rave reviews. His current manager, Owen Coyle will be reluctant to let the defender leave however with the figures being touted, Bolton Chairman, Phil Gartside will be less inclined to hold on to their asset.
