Pub Review: Leicester 0-2 Arsenal

Carabao Cup – 23/9/20

Join Gav, Charlie, Alex and Paul in the Gunners Town virtual pub, as they analyze Arsenal’s scrappy win over Leicester to see them progress to the next round of the Carabao Cup.

Two uglier goals you probably won’t find – but a win is a win, and Arteta’s young squad – ably assisted by a few senior players – did what was necessary to justify their manager’s faith.

We have a look at some of the key incidents, the tactics and the personnel – with a particular look at what might lie in store for the likes of Nelson and Willlock.

Hopefully this will be the last of the pre-recorded pods: Gunners Town is in the process of setting up Live Streaming, so these shows will be broadcast live to Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in the near future, and will allow interaction with you, our dear listener/watcher.

Also – you’ll be getting these ‘hot takes’ while they are still hot, and not the next day, as cold leftovers.
