In the news today:
The rumours just won’t die that Arsenal could be set to launch a raid on Blackburn for their star defender, Chris Samba. The Daily Mail say that the Gunners have bid £8m for the defender and should it be accepted, it’s thought that Arsenal will save £12m on the £20 that Gary Cahill, the alternative to Samba, would possibly cost.
It would be a fairly unique signing for Wenger who usually buys more technical players to that of Chris Samba, but with the giant defender able to come in and simply defend, it could see that start of a new Wenger philosophy.

The contract rebels are running the show, if wenger doesn't shift a load of players we're in trouble.
