In the news today:
Shaktar Donestsk sought after attacker, Willian is being touted for a move to the Emirates this summer, possibly in exchange for Denilson (according to Joe.ie).
Willian, 22, is a regular in the Brazilian U20 side and is thought to have caught Wenger’s eye when the two teams met in the Champions League last season.
The Brazilian, a team-mate of ex-Gunner Eduardo, is also thought to be on the short-list of many other of Europe’s elite clubs but if Arsenal were to offer the Brazilian exchange plues a £14m asking price, they could snare their man.
Shakatar signed Willian in 2007 for around £11.5m and has been a fans’ favourite at the Ukranian giants so would be sorely missed should he leave this summer.
Willian – Could he be good for Arsenal?
