Taking the Tweets: Cesc & Jack #getaroom

Cesc Fabregas and Jack Wilshere: #publicloving

Cesc Fabregas and Jack Wilshere have been catching up this week, and are clearly missing each other since Cesc’s defection to Barcelona.

Fabregas Tweeted on transfer deadline evening: “I dnt undrstand fans telling me we need a replacement after my departure when weve 1 of the best 3 young players in the world @JackWilshere”[sic].

As if this wasn’t sickening enough, Wilshere quickly replied: “@cesc4official thank you mate keep up the good work at Barca mate you are on fire! I am watching every game and still learning of you!”[sic].

I have no problem with Wilshere taking tips from Cesc, exceptional talent that he is. It’s also a fair point made by Fabregas in regard to the prodigious Jack Wilshere. But really lads, get a room!

Conor Henderson: #buzzingoffarteta

A whole raft of new signings arrived at Arsenal in the closing days of this summer’s transfer deadline, a few of them most probably slightly unknown to Arsenal fans.

Mikel Arteta was arguably the closest to a superstar name, and he’s certainly creating a stir in training with those members of the squad who haven’t travelled on international duty this week.

Injured youngster Conor Henderson revealed in a Tweet on the 5th September: “All the ressies just come in from training absolutely BUZZIN off Arteta… Said he was unreal! Can’t wait to see him play now! #AFC”[sic].

Samir Nasri: #strangewaytoshowit

As if leaving the club in the lurch wasn’t enough, Samir Nasri seems to have caught the same bug that Emmanuel Adebayor came down with upon arrival at Manchester City; that of anti-Arsenal verbal diarrhoea.

However, he has this week come out in defence of his shameless appealing to the Man City faithful, and blamed the British media for the divide that has been created between his former club and himself.

“This tweet is for the english newspaper stop trying to made something between me and arsenal i love this club and everything around it,” Tweeted the temperamental Frenchman.

Samir certainly has a strange way of showing his love for the club, thus far insulting the fans, manager, training, and his former team-mates. Try just keeping your mouth shut in future Samir!
