It’s a subject that we’ve all talked about in some capacity. The Andy Gray debate, the Alan Hanson debate… well introducing, the Lee Dixon debate! thanks to the ever opinionated Joey Barton.
The QPR skipper went public this weekend in his row with Wolves’ midfield player, Karl Henry, but he hasn’t stopped there. The tough tackling midfielder has been tweeting, and he said: “Going officially on record, as saying Lee Dixon is crap, on Motd. Hansen is brilliant. Dixo and Colin Murray are really bad! P45′s please.”
Now I am not going to offer much of an opinion punditry, but it’s certainly good to see that Mr Barton is not as sheepish as I and not sitting so firmly on the fence.
Where do you stand?

Of all the talk about Bartons toughness, somebody incapable of handling criticism is a sissy. Dixon is ok, he's quite new at punditry, though I feel he's OTT when trying to appear unbiased about Arsenal. He seems unnecessarily over critical at times, although to be fair he's had good cause to be of late. When was the last time Barton made a thought provoking comment or even a mature one? What sense does it make to slate Dixon when the BBC could have had a job for Barton in the future.
Joey Barton does not deserve half the attention he seeks. Not worth an article written about him…
barton is a troubled man….he displays mental instability in almost everything he does, he gets irritated easily, he over-reacts and he seeks vengeance. There is no manager that could control him, he really does need psychiatric help.
Barton….Trash, His Family….Trash, His Opinion….Trash!
