You could be forgiven for forgetting that Nicklas Bendtner was even still an Arsenal given that he has not represented the club for over two years now.
ESPN Soccernet are reporting that there is unlikely to be any great reunion with the Dane attracting interest from Russia and Germany, coupled with the fact that Arsene Wenger is believed to still want rid.
Currently on loan at Juventus, Bendtner has not had a good time of it struggling for starts and failing to register one goal whilst to make things worse he was charged with drink driving not to long ago. As a result of this the Danish FA decided it would try and make its own attempts to kickstart his career by banning him for 6 months from internationals. So with all that in mind it is not really surprising that Wenger will not be making any special plans to drive the player back to the Emirates anytime soon.
For Bendtner, like any player there is always the obvious fall back of Russia with money bags Ahnzi and Zenit never lurking to far away when a rumoured big name player with a few issues in his locker needs a new home. In all seriousness you can only hope that Bendtner might at some stage finally start to realise his potential rather than his own vision of himself, we have seen on occasions as fleeting as they maybe that he can be a real handful however too often he delivers performances of the polar opposite.
Whatever happens at 25 it now looks to be make or break time for Bendnter meaning that his next move will be more than crucial to ensure that his talent does not fizzle out.
