I urge Wenger to avoid making another mistake like what he did on lefting Higuin to Napoli, and I see the same thing on Khedira. Wenger should sign him coz he is a world class player and even Cavani, if he wants arsenal to compete….Wenger sign KHEDIRA AND CAVANI PLZ, PLZ

Park Chu-Young, Mikael Sylvestre, Andre Santos, Sebastian Squillaci, Francis Jeffers, Igors Stepanovs. Wenger only signs those who are good enough he always says that’s what he waits so long for. As you and I know he will not sign a new defensive midfielder and we all know our midget defensive trio of Arteta, Flamini and Wilshire cannot protect us over a whole season. I wish Wenger would interpret his own job description a bit better. Maybe there is a reason he does not want to win as favourites but somehow he wants to come out of left field and win. Last season Supporters and Pundits said…’buy a striker’. Of course he did not and the team collapsed. This season every one is saying buy a DM. Of course we will not win the league, we will collapse. Somewhere in our Psyche’s we all know it. Somewhere in his Psyche he does not want to win as the favourite and he CANNOT listen to the fans or pundits choice of players. So that’s how we end up with the Park Chu-Youngs and the Mikael Sylvestres and not the William Carvalho’s or Sami Khediras. Wenger is damaged goods.

Mate, Chambers will be more than sufficient back up for the DM role. I expect him to move there once BFG returns and we sign that Greek defender. That said, calum has been immense and his best position is yet to come.

Spot on Steve. The worst thing for Arsenal football club was that man being offered ,and signing,a 3 yr deal. He never addresses our weaknesses in the transfer marke and keeps faith with players too long. I don’t get why we don’t sell Poldolski as Wenger clearly doesn’t fancy him and Cazorla who is too lightweight. Why don’t we pay up Diabys contract? This frees up 3 non homegrown squad places straight away. Now we hear that if we don’t get through this CL qualifier there will be no more signings. WHY? Players don’t have to cost 30 mill for gods sake.Scout better, Can cost the dippers 8 mill, there are good buys out there if you look. We need a holder , i don’t care what the akbs say about how we don’t need one because we don’t play like that blah blah blah, because we bloody well do,and Wenger doesn’t know it all otherwise he wouldn’t keep getting battered by the top sides. Can’t even beat besiktas now ffs.Serves him right if we get knocked out the arrogant twat. Our left side is dire too, we are crying out for a left sided pacey player and a decent LB who is not always injured . Finally it is criminal that we have championship standard strikers, what the hell is the point of buying Sanchez and Ozil with rammel like the Donkey and Bambi upfront.Maybe one day we will have a manager who can buy quality all over the pitch and actually coach the team into playing good football because for the past few years we have been utter wank.He has ruined Ozil and wilshere and will ruin Sanchez just wait.

Wenger has been making countless mistake in the past ten seasons
and yet is still manager. If he can’t win any trophy this season,he shd not
    be given any more time.
I’m fed up of this guy who thinks he can do wrong. At one time Arsenal
were conceding goals from set pieces by the bucket load and no action was taken
    belatedly.

When you watch how some of the Arsenal shorties were out muscled by
CP,you can’t help wondering why Wenger keeps on getting smallish players. According to the Daily Mail Arsenal are bottom of the class in terms of height.
Is it any wonder they repeatedly get bullied although they have wc players. The epl is the English physical league and its very physical. So don’t be surprised Chelsea or Mc win the epl because
they have skill and most important asset:power.
Of course this is Aug and its a long way off. Wenger has been making too many errors of judgement
on the physical status of players. It’s time he realises this is England where size counts .

You are so right. Wenger obviously treats the players well, but I have never seen a manager treat a teams supporters like shite in the way Wenger does. We are now almost bottom of the chart on the amount of players bought so injuries are already affecting us. We have almost a team of midgets so we will lose to all the bigger teams in more than one way. Wenger may be suffering the beginnings of some mind problems. He seems to be losing the plot in terms of the team.

What is truly ridicoulous is all you game console totting, FIFA playing “experts” ridiculing the best manager our club, you suppose to support, ever had. It shows you age (mental at least). You can’t see how far you are manipulated by media with “Wenger should by this player or that player” and almost always someone you know very little about but who’s been touted by our corrupted media as the next best things. If Wenger eve listened to you we would end up like Tottenham, simple as that. Have some respect for our club, our manager and players and finally for yourselves because at the moment you all look like effing arses.

I see Chambers starting the 2nd leg of champions league as a defensive midfielder. Not sure what it will say for Flamini though.
