Bac to his best. Sagna shows his true colours
Bacary Sagna was without a doubt one of, if not, the best player on the field at the Stadium of Light on Saturday. The French full-back filled in at centre-back after Laurent Koscielny injured himself in the warm-up, and he was an absolute warrior displaying determination, commitment and, most importantly, class.
Jacking it up – Wilshere’s MOM performance
The plaudits were flowing last night, and rightly so, as Jack Wilshere marked his full return to international duty with a man of the match performance in England’s victory over Brazil.
Adam Maher: The midfielder that could take the Premier League by storm
Dutch midfielders appear to be the most in demand in football at present. While Leroy Fer’s move to Everton failed to materialise before the close of the transfer window, despite reports suggesting a deal was close to completion, he remains one of the more highly rated stars to emanate from the Netherlands. However, he […]

Arsenal should be thankful for forward three

The last time Arsenal challenged for the title was in the 2007-2008 season and Mathieu Flamini was one of the main reasons why. Placed in a defensive midfieder role, Flamini thrived alongside Cesc Fabregas and the pair formed a very successful partnership as the Frenchman’s tenacious and bullish midfield work was balanced beautifully by Fabregas’s brilliant and […]
VIDEO: Nacho, Nacho Man.
It looks like Arsene Wenger is a keen reader of WTTGT eh? In my blog yesterday I implored Wenger to sign Leighton Baines. So, maybe not that keen a reader but he still went and signed a left-back; Malaga’s Nacho Monreal.
Arsenal; entertaining madness
After watching Arsenal’s breathless 2-2 draw with Liverpool on Wednesday night, and having watched of their games this season, it confirmed to me that they are without a doubt the most entertaining team to watch in the Premier League. Of course, if you are a fan, this doesn’t ring true and they have often been the neutral’s favourite because […]
Three (Possibly) Heartbreaking Moments Still To Come
Let’s face it, for many a Gooner there just isn’t a great deal to smile about at the moment. After another disappointing result against Liverpool on Wednesday night, many of us on the red and white side of North London must be wondering where our next great moment will come from. Our next Henry Vs. […]
