It is depressing writing and talking about the current state of things at Arsenal, a manifestation of years of neglect and lack of leadership, if you like, direction on and off the pitch. It has not a palatable admittance that Arsenal’s recent performances has been part of different factors that throws a spanner into the […]
Having missed out on Hungarian playmaker – Dominik Szoboszlai, Arsenal are reportedly returning their sights back to a familiar face, Lyon and France international – Houssem Aouar. After chasing the central-midfielder all summer, Edu and the Arsenal board will hope to wrap up a deal and pick up where they left off in the upcoming […]
After being knocked out of the Carabao Cup in last night’s dismal display against League Cup bullies, Manchester City, Arteta and his bruised Arsenal team will have to pick themselves and dust themselves off for a brutal festive season and a tough start to 2021. Londoners find themselves in strict lockdown for the foreseeable future, […]
Football without Flair POSITIVES, NEEDS and HOPES I go through a check list before every game that I coach. I have to because I have a tendency to be an over thinker. Certainly when it comes to football and my team. I used to try to be clever and when I was a new coach […]

Arsenal are on a rapid decline. There is no denying it. Their seat at the table with Europe’s elite is long gone. Players no longer see Arsenal as the ultimate dream goal, but as a mere stepping stone. Lack of direction from the top-down is affecting the club as a whole, and the direction of […]
. I had no intention of posting this or any personal poem on here to be honest but circumstances have prompted me to do so. I am well aware that since losing my son, Arsenal and my support of them, has an entirely different context. I am also aware that is only me, and virtually […]
It’s time to get in the ambulance The Positives, Needs and Hopes will return but I don’t think they are relevant today. I think this is more relevant… Over the last few years I’ve been avoiding the doctor. I didn’t feel right and knew I needed to go but fear and the hope for a […]
Match day today, on a Saturday of all things. With Europa League on pause until next year there’s a chance for the Gunners to enter a less familiar routine and likely miss James Martin Saturday Kitchen in favour of match day preparation. It’ll be rare though as the Christmas schedule eventually kicks in the players […]
