Since 1961 many things have happened.

1961: The Berlin Wall was built.

1962 :  Marilyn Monroe was murdered, sorry, died.

1963:  Martin Luther King Jr, had a dream.

1964:  Mohammed Ali won his first heavyweight boxing title.

1965: Malcolm X was assassinated

1966:  England won the World Cup (& Jules Rimet is still gleaming)

1967:  Colour TV first broadcast in the UK

1968:  Martin Luther King Jr assassinated

1969:  NASA faked the moon landing Smiling face with open mouth and smiling eyes(& I was born)

1972:  The Godfather was released in cinemas

1973: The Sydney Opera House  opened and mobile phones were invented.

1976: Apple Computers founded by Steve Jobs and Stephen Wozniak

1977: Star Wars ‘A New Hope’ is released in cinemas

1978: The worlds first test tube baby is born

1979: Thatcher becomes the Uk’s first female Prime Minister.

1980: John Lennon was assassinated

1988: George Bush ‘the first’ elected US President

1989:  David Hasslehoff single handedly pulls down The Berlin Wall (and Arsenal celebrate the first St Michael Thomas Day)

2001: 9/11

2002: Terrorist bomb kills 202 people in Bali (Sol Campbell won the double and I got married)

2003: Space shuttle Columbia explodes during take-off

2004: Facebook was launched (and The Invincibles made history) – Oh and won the league at WHL

2009: Barack Obama becomes the first black US president (and I moved to Australia)

2010: Wikileaks founder Julian Assange arrested (and Mya, my first daughter was born)

2013: Nelson Mandela died aged 95

2014: Flight MH370 disappeared

2015: 12 killed in the ‘Charlie Hebdo’ shootings in Paris (and Cora, my second daughter was born)

2016: Spurs didn’t win the league title….again !!!
