2009: Barack Obama becomes the first black US president (and I moved to Australia)
2010: Wikileaks founder Julian Assange arrested (and Mya, my first daughter was born)
2011: Osama Bin Laden was killed
2012: Queen Elizabeth II celebrated her Diamond Jubilee
2013: Nelson Mandela died aged 95
2014: Flight MH370 disappeared
2015: 12 killed in the ‘Charlie Hebdo’ shootings in Paris (and Cora, my second daughter was born)
2016: Spurs didn’t win the league title….again !!!
