Coming into the interlull, it’s great to look at ‘pundits’ scrabbling for headlines and as usual, it’s Arsenal players that seem to get their double barrels.
Following bizarre/biased rants in the past from the likes of Jamie O’Hara:
‘Arsenal are Banter FC. Odegaard, Ramsdale, Ben White, Lokonga and Tavares. They’ve spent £135 million on a B team’
And then there was Gabi Agbonlahor:
Ben White is very overrated.
“It’s a waste of money what Arsenal paid for him. He’s not good enough. He lacks pace, he lacks aggression. Yes, he’s good on the ball but he’s not a defensive midfielder, he’s a centre-half. I think Brighton are laughing at getting the fee they got for him because he’s not good enough.”
Garth Crooks is now the latest to jump on the Anti Arsenal bandwagon.
‘I don’t like Granit Xhaka. I find him confrontational, overly aggressive and altogether irritating. He should have left Arsenal years ago’
This from the man with such a great understanding of football, he once picked a ‘team of the week, with Sanchez and Arnautovic as wing backs and De Bruyne as his DCM???
Quite frankly (as Maccie D’s would say) I’m lovin’ it!!
The more The Arsenal get under the skin of the so called pundits the better.
Everyone hates us and we don’t care!!

Well said sir, these has beens with a default hatred for Arsenal and their opinions… what a comedy that is.
Don’t you love seeing them squirm. First and foremost, because they have not done their homework about any of our squad including Arteta and his ever evolving tactical changes that are steadily improving us.
I love it when they can’t find fault with us. “I don’t like xhaka, he stands up for his family”. What an idiot
I would love to see these pundits have a go at the beloved Spuds and how their England Captain Spit the Dog and his diving Korean chum consistently get preferential treatment from PL officials.
Classic example of the Spurs’ players getting preferential treatment came in the game against Aston Villa last season. Kane lunges in with a 2 footed tackle, studs first and both feet off the ground. Result, a yellow card; anyone else would have been straight off.
Agbonlawhore and ohara would be better employed writing for the Exchange & mart
