After grabbing a wild card entry, the LA Rams failed to make an impression on the NFL Play offs and ended the season empty handed, again. Short armed Stan, looking to generate more funds to bank roll he favourite (American) football franchise, zoomed in Josh in for a meeting to talk moola. Stan; “ Howdy […]
I’ve written on this subject on a number of occasions. However I feel so strongly about this I phoned the club to tell them exactly how I felt about the prospect of a European Super League (ESL) and all that entails. I know that call means nothing to Arsenal Football Club and I was only […]
The 90 minute commercial Sometimes I wonder why Coca Cola bother with advertising. Where I live many people call any fizzy drink ‘a Coke.’ That’s when you know you’ve got a successful product, right? The Villa game was an inadvertent 90 minute commercial for the bleeding obvious…. that Arsenal need a creative player or two. […]
Arsene Wenger, our most successful manager ever, left in 2018. Unai Emery couldn’t resolve the bad defending and weak mentality of the latter Wenger period, and he left in Nov. 2018. Arsenal took just 88 points during the final 50 Premier League games of Arsene Wenger’s reign and the board felt compelled to show him the door. Fans were calling for his head, Champions League football was no longer forthcoming and the directors decided it was time for a new chapter to begin. The arrival of […]
Football fans need to wake up to what is coming relentlessly down the track at us. I am talking about the so-called European Super League. The threat is very real and moving at a rapid pace. What is wrong with that some may ask? Allow me to try to enlighten you if you do not […]
I agree with Lario3, who replied to Callum Perret`s excellent article. I am not willing to accept that we as fans should be expected to stand idly by while the club disintegrates. Next season Man City, Liverpool, Spurs, Chelsea and Newcastle will quite possibly finish ahead of us and Leicester will be right on our […]
