Penny for your thoughts?

Whatever anyone says about Mike Dean, both reds were reds.

Angel Gabriel shouldn’t have let Costa get under his skin and he should have been cleverer about his retribution (talk to Keown) and not undertaken a minor Beckham in front of the ref 2 seconds after getting a yellow.

Beckham kick

As for Santi’s, it just was mistimed and Dean was itching to get his red thingy out again.

Then there’s Costa.

Not a Red?!!!?

After the game, Maureen praised Costa, saying “he brought everything to the game” and to be honest, I agree with him. Diego brought everything bad to the game. He brought the niggles, the underhandedness and the violence.

It’s obvious that Maureen needs his centre forward to complement the bus drivers at the back and Costa fits the job description. He is a flat track bully who is resorting more and more to violence now the goals have dried up.

As stated above, we can have no complaints, as for once Mike ‘The Spud’ Dean …..

Unbelievable – Thanks Mr ArsenalFan2k11

He was correct with the sending offs, but If GoGo Diego had been sent to the showers for slapping Kos, as he would have been if the Spud wasn’t reffing the game, Angel Gabriel would have been kicking fresh air or at least giving Costa a kicking on the way down the tunnel.

By the way, with the drivel he spouted in his post match conference, Maureen proved beyond doubt that he always has been and always will be a Cnut!!!

And if he truly believes that his Chavs are back, he is deluded. Both teams were poor; they just had more players to get the job done on the day.

One last thing, I’m sorry but Theo is not a centre forward. I’ve no stats to back this up and I’m going off what I see week in week out. Theo’s best performances are when he plays on the right and cuts inside. He doesn’t have the presence to run the line on his own and doesn’t provide the link to the 3 attacking midfielders.

We have a player to do that and his name is Olivier Giroud

And when the manager, the fans and the media get off of his back, show some faith in him and let him do his job, he will show he is a good striker.

He scores goals, 43 in 103 EPL games

(note, everyone favourite replacement Benzema’s record is 90 in 191, not much of a step up for $50m), he holds the ball up and he links with Alexis, Mezut and Rambo, just shy of 100 ‘chances created’ in 3 seasons.

Ok, he’s not world class, but he’s the best we’ve got and abusing him isn’t going to help our faltering title aspirations.

Costa is the perfect actor to role Jose’s main stream football. Pepe, Ramos, or Materazzi, were the man for this special job earlier. Those cheap bandits wasn’t just playing football out there. Jose teach them to use their special tempered to solve dead end. From Italy to England to Spain he was moaning for conspiracy against his team along the way to their title. He is as slick as a lawyer and as dirty as a politician. You right, he is an eternal cnut.

Agree with the two reds, both players were naive, but Dean does have it in for Arsenal, no doubt of that in my mind, I blogged this over a year ago on the same basis:

Those were the best I could find as well, so they’re not bang up to date, but Saturday confirmed it for me.

Agree with you also on Reds but giroud is a model not striker and proving that every chance he gets at arsenal and now France games

He is the best we have at present, so we have to back him
